I wonder what helped you between 2 yrs ago and now. I have hypothyroidism for about 16yrs and i've been okay with thyroid hormones, apart from periods of fatigue and depression. But lately I have trouble breathing, shortness of breath, trouble swallowing my food, changes in my voice. Sounds like the symptoms you had. Also my iron is low all the time, I'm hot all the time, brain fog, ... I have to write everything down and it's not safe to drive anymore. My new family doctor said I have hashimoto, not just hypothyroidism. I have to wait now for a scan of my neck and after that I have to wait until the second half of october until I can see the endocrinologist. I'm a bit worried about what will happen now. My guess is they will remove my thyroid. Did you have yours removed or did something else help?

first is gluten sensitivity, then it causes Hashimoto's. For some people milk is also a problem, or fructose etc.

don't blame yourself for the things that already done. Stay positive. I did 1 ivf that failed and needed to be converted to IUI due to only 1 embryos mature in that cycle, 2nd UIU, and 3 complete IVF. Now I'm 6 weeks pregnant. It was a roller coaster ride with lots of anxiety, depression, and hopelessness during the time, but it is all worth it in the end. I hope you get your baby either with naturally or with IVF. Good luck to you and all the women who are going thru this and may we all end up with a healthy baby in the end.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s when I was on my 30’s but I realized I have been dealing with this since I was younger , unfortunately doctor’s in my country never tested me for that. It’s a struggle and yes unfortunately people are ignorantly and because they see me skinny and fit can’t even imagine with what I have to deal with hashimoto’s. Not very lucky with doctor’s either but doing my own research and advocacy I have been able to be in reemission and not taking medication for almost 3 years . Thank you for talking about this chronic disease.

I just turned 60 in June and I have been dealing with Hashimoto’s for almost 20 years and boy is it hitting me hard right now! I too had to close down my hair salon business and take a break from uploading to my RUclips channel. I am trying to get started back this month. Extreme tiredness,digestive issues and joint pain is my biggest struggles. I subscribed to your channel. I will keep watching and hopefully all of us can help each other!

Hi my friend 👋🥰 I agree with the Longchamp bag, I took mine to the beach early this year, and not a good idea, the leather handles or leather part of the bag will get damaged, mine is still ok, because I realised that right away 😅 nonetheless it's a beautiful summer bag. The $5 to $10 beach bag is more practical..that last bag for example..The quilted tabbys are so beautiful, no wonder ladies are going crazy about it. 😅 I kinda regret for not getting the idol bag, it was on sale few weeks ago..but probably a good thing, save my pocket 😅 hope you're enjoying the week with your husband Alicja, take care my beautiful friend ❤
